01These terms

These Terms of Use (the "terms") are the agreement between you and ASIS ("ASIS", "we"), the operator of the ASIS app and of asis.life. They govern the app, the website, and everything the service does for you. The Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled; it forms part of this agreement and is worth reading in full.

If you downloaded ASIS from the App Store, section 17 adds acknowledgments Apple requires. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use ASIS. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the mandatory law of the place you live gives you and does not allow to be waived — where the two conflict, your law wins.

02Eligibility and your account

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, to use ASIS. ASIS is not directed to children under 13.

Using ASIS requires an account — sign in with Apple, Google, or an email link. Keep your sign-in method secure: you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information, and expect ASIS to ask you to sign in again before sensitive actions such as deleting the account.

One account, one person. ASIS is single-user by design — its memory makes it personal — so an account may not be shared, pooled, or operated on someone else's behalf.

03The service

ASIS is a voice-first life assistant for iPhone. You talk to it, and it plans your calendar, creates to-dos and reminders, briefs you through the day, and remembers what matters across conversations — in whichever of its 22 supported languages you choose.

ASIS requires an iPhone running iOS 17 or later (it also runs on iPad), an internet connection, an account, and an active subscription. There is no free tier: ASIS is subscribe-to-use, and it works for you from the first minute.

04Plans and pricing

ASIS offers two plans, and both are all of ASIS:

• ASIS Pro — $14.99 per month or $159.99 per year.
• ASIS Max — $24.99 per month or $269.99 per year. Everything in Pro, with our highest daily allowance.

The plans differ only in daily usage allowance (section 06). Prices are shown in US dollars; the App Store displays the exact price in your currency before you subscribe, and that displayed price is what you pay. There is no free trial.

05Billing, renewal, cancellation

All billing is handled by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions auto-renew — monthly or yearly — until you cancel, and Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.

To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose ASIS — or manage the subscription through the App Store. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

Upgrading from Pro to Max takes effect immediately, prorated by Apple. Refunds are governed by Apple's policies and are requested from Apple through its Report a Problem service; except where the law requires otherwise, we do not separately refund paid periods. If a price changes, Apple notifies you in advance and, where required, asks for your agreement before you are charged.

Reinstalling the app or moving to a new iPhone? Sign in and tap Restore Purchases on the paywall to reattach your subscription. Deleting your ASIS account does not cancel the subscription — billing lives with Apple, so cancel there as well.

06Daily allowance and fair use

Every plan includes a generous daily allowance of conversation; Max includes our highest. The allowance resets at your local midnight. When a day's allowance is used up, conversation pauses until the reset — ASIS wraps up politely rather than cutting you off mid-word — and your plans, calendar, and memories stay fully visible and editable the whole time.

To keep ASIS fast and fair for everyone, reasonable technical ceilings also apply — such as a per-session length limit and a daily voice-time ceiling well above normal use. We may limit automated, scripted, or abusive usage patterns that degrade the service.

07Acceptable use

ASIS is for your personal, lawful use. You agree not to:

• use ASIS to break the law, or to harass, defraud, or harm anyone;
• attempt to access another person's account or data;
• probe, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service, or circumvent its security, its usage allowances, or its payment requirements;
• access ASIS by automated means, or scrape or bulk-extract the service;
• copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app, except to the extent the law permits despite this term;
• resell, rent, or commercially exploit access to ASIS.

08License and intellectual property

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the ASIS app and service under these terms. The ASIS software, design, name, and wordmark belong to ASIS and its licensors — all rights reserved. Using ASIS transfers none of them to you, and the ASIS name and marks may not be used without permission.

If you send us feedback or suggestions about ASIS, we may use them without restriction or obligation. Your own data is not "feedback" — it is covered by section 09.

09Your content

Your words, memories, plans, and calendar data are yours. You grant ASIS the limited license needed to run the service: to host, process, and transmit that content — including through the processors named in the Privacy Policy — solely to provide ASIS to you. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we never sell it. Delete your account and this license ends with the data.

You are responsible for what you share, including having the right to share details about other people in your life.

10ASIS can be wrong

ASIS is an AI system, and AI systems make mistakes. It can mishear you, misremember, or state something that is not true. Verify anything that matters — times, dates, addresses, commitments — before you rely on it.

Nothing ASIS says is medical, legal, or financial advice; for those, talk to a qualified professional. If you choose to share health details, ASIS will remember them for you, but that does not make it a medical device or a source of medical guidance.

ASIS is not an emergency service. It cannot call for help, and you should never rely on it in an emergency — contact your local emergency number.

11Calendar and reminder actions

When you ask, ASIS takes real actions: it creates and edits events on its planner and, where you have enabled them, on Apple Calendar and connected Google and Outlook calendars; it schedules to-dos and reminder notifications; it composes briefings. Review anything consequential — an assistant that acts deserves an occasional glance over its shoulder.

Notifications are scheduled locally on your iPhone and depend on your device: notification permission, Focus modes, and system conditions all affect delivery, which is not guaranteed. Do not use ASIS reminders where missing one could cause harm.

You can disconnect a connected calendar, or turn off Apple Calendar access, at any time in Settings.

12Third-party services

ASIS is built with services we do not control: Apple handles distribution and billing; Google and Outlook power connected calendars if you choose to link them; and the processors named in the Privacy Policy carry parts of the service. Their terms and privacy policies govern their side of things. Connecting a third-party account is always your choice, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

13Availability and change

We work to keep ASIS available and quick, but no online service is uninterrupted: maintenance, upgrades, and outages at ASIS or its providers can pause it. ASIS also evolves — features may change, improve, or be retired.

If we ever discontinue ASIS entirely, we will give reasonable advance notice where practicable, and the deletion promises of the Privacy Policy will hold.

14Disclaimers

ASIS is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement — and we make no promise that ASIS will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that its answers, schedules, or reminders will be accurate or complete.

Some places do not allow some of these disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here reduces warranties or guarantees your local law says cannot be excluded.

15Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill; and our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to ASIS is capped at the amount you paid for ASIS in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply where the law forbids them — including, where applicable, liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Rights that mandatory consumer law grants you remain untouched.

16Termination

You can leave at any time: cancel your subscription (section 05) and, if you want your data gone, delete your account in the app — Settings, Delete Account, type DELETE. Deletion is described in full in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or end access to ASIS if you materially breach these terms, use the service unlawfully, or put ASIS or other people at risk — with notice where practicable. On termination your license ends and your data is handled as the Privacy Policy describes. Sections 08, 09, 14, 15, 17, 18, and 20 survive termination.

17Apple App Store terms

ASIS is distributed through the App Store, so the following applies, and Apple requires that you acknowledge it:

• These terms are between you and ASIS, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Your license is to use ASIS on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as the App Store Usage Rules allow.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for ASIS.
• If ASIS fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for ASIS.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to ASIS — including product liability claims, claims that ASIS fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and consumer-protection or similar claims.
• If a third party claims ASIS infringes their intellectual property, ASIS — not Apple — is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim, to the extent required by these terms.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
• You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using ASIS.

18Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you additionally keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring disputes in the courts your local law designates.

Before anything formal: write to support@asis.life. Nearly every problem is fixable in an email, and we will work in good faith to resolve any dispute informally first.

19Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version is posted on this page with a new effective date at the top. For material changes we will give reasonable advance notice — in the app or by email. Continuing to use ASIS after a change takes effect means you accept it; if you do not, cancel your subscription and stop using ASIS.

20General

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and ASIS about the service. If part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stands, and the unenforceable part applies to the fullest extent it lawfully can. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.

You may not assign these terms. We may assign them to a successor that continues ASIS — for example in a reorganization or acquisition — and the successor must honor them. Except for Apple under section 17, these terms create no third-party beneficiaries.

The ASIS name, design, and content are © 2026 ASIS. Your data — your memories, plans, and words — remains yours.
